Super location, clean and good price-performance ratio
On arrival we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who patiently answered all our questions.
Our Double Bed Room was large and well equipped for New York.
Coffee machine and 4 bottles of water every day were a nice free extra.
When we complained that an unpleasant smell came out of our sink, it was immediately removed.
All in all a great stay because the location of the hotel is ingenious. Within walking distance there are many small restaurants for breakfast, the subway station Fulton St offers connections in all directions and the WTC with 9/11 Museum, Oculus, One World Tower as well as the Wall St and the start of the Brooklyn Bridge can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot.
It is also a safe area late in the evening. Simply great!
We would definitely book the Aloft again.

We (father and son) really enjoyed our stay in the still quite new Aloft in the middle of the Financial District of Manhattan. The location is great (only a few minutes to Ground Zero and the One World Trade Center always in view) and many different subway stations can be reached very quickly. We got a free upgrade to a larger handicapped accessible room on the 17th floor with a spacious bathroom. The bed was great, only the air conditioning had to be turned off because of the noise. The staff is very friendly and you can have your American breakfast freshly prepared at reasonable prices. Coffee is free the whole day. All in all: gladly again.
