The hotel is located above a bar, but you won’t notice anything about it.
2 blocks east and you are already at Time Square.
The room was quiet but our security lock at the door was broken. The room opposite already had a new metal front plate at the lock…deswege -1 Abzug.
The breakfast is really great and worthwhile by American standards.
I will recommend this hotel to others.

Situation:
Not far from Time Square, about 10 minutes walk. For the conditions in NY quiet location. Sirens can be heard always and everywhere. Subway nearby as well as some good restaurants and a small supermarket.
Room:
We had good and great Queen beds. After 3 nights there are new beds. Everything was very clean and neat. Hairdryer etc. everything was there. Even a small kitchen line.
Service:
Nice and friendly.
Breakfast:
A very small French breakfast is offered. Usually with bagels, creamcheese & jam or peanut butter. In addition coffee, milk, OSAFT & various Flakes and fruit. Serving is in the adjacent bar.
We wouldn’t have had any other breakfast anyway, so it’s very good for us. Who expects a typical American breakfast, is wrong here.
Conclusion:
Very good hotel for a stay of several days in NY. Not cheap, but the price-performance ratio fits with the offered quality.
